2. Observation and inspection: Open the shell of the controller and check whether the internal circuit board is obviously burnt, damaged, corroded, etc. If there is, then it is likely that the controller is broken.
3. Multimeter measurement: Use the resistance file (R× 1k) of the multimeter to measure the resistance between the pull-in end and the power supply end of each relay in the controller. Under normal circumstances, it should be no resistance or very small. If the resistance is infinite, the relay may be damaged.
4. Replacement test: Pull out a relay or other component in the controller, and then try to start the electric vehicle. If the startup is normal, the pulled out component may be the cause of the failure. Test the other components in turn until you find the problem.
5. Replace a new controller: If it is determined that the controller is the problem, purchase a new controller of the same model to replace it. Note that different brands and models of electric vehicle controllers may not be compatible, please make sure to purchase the correct model.
